Delivery

Same day delivery guaranteed, when the order is placed by 11:00 am weekdays (Brisbane time) and by 10:00 am Saturdays. There is no delivery service on Sundays. Any order received after these times will be delivered the next working day. Deliveries to a home address will be made before 7pm. Deliveries to a business address will be made before 5pm. Saturday deliveries will be made before 4pm.

If we are provided a incorrect address, we are able to re-deliver your order for an additional delivery charge. If the recipient is not present at the time of delivery, our couriers will leave the flowers in a safe location. If the courier is unable to leave the order, we will phone the sender to arrange a new delivery time and an additional delivery fee will apply.

Timed Deliveries

Maison Fleur will make every attempt to accommodate your delivery request, but timed deliveries cannot always be guaranteed.

From Monday to Friday, business addresses will be delivered anytime up until 5pm and home addresses will be delivered anytime up until 7pm. Deliveries on Saturday will be made before 4pm. We are closed on Sundays.
